Farmers Insurance - Loretta Hill

"Arielle was a pleasure to work with. She made my transitioning from Geico to Farmers insurance. Quite pleasant. She explained everything and made me feel like she was doing her best to get me discounts. I strongly recommend farmers insurance if you're looking for insurance. This is a continuation from my previous review that I placed 6 months ago. I started off at 363 then it went up to 429 then 483 no tickets anything. Just was told that insurance went off for everyone in Georgia because of bad drivers 25%. Only thing is I'm not a bad driver so when I turn 51 progressive sent me a quote saying I could get insurance guarantee for $299 a month for a year. With way better amenities that I'm getting at farmers. I had a lower deductible, more options with towing rental car and all that. I was at $1,000 deductible with farmers and my stuff still was 483 a month. I'm paying 319 a month for both my cars. I could not cancel my policy which means I had it a whole week longer than I had to and it's taking these people 19 days to send me my money back. I canceled it on the 19th and still have not received my check as of February 1st 2024. You started off nice but it ended very horribly not saying don't go here but make sure everything is everything before you sign"

"Wonderful! BEST EVER! Loretta was very helpful getting me set up with home and car insurance, she did something that is rare these days, she listened. It might sound like I am making a big deal out of such a little thing, but, my in personal experience with insurance companies, and agents, "no service," is their standard of "service." I have had insurance with the big companies that have "All," "State," and "Farm," in their names, and I have never felt taken care of, EVER, with Loretta, it was a 180 degree experience, she put ME first! When I came to her I was in an insurance nightmare,with another company I'll call "T," she calmed me down, and advised me every step of the way, I could not have gotten better treatment!
