"The past 6 months dealing with this office have been a nightmare & it continues without resolution. They assured me I had coverage but could not provide policy documents. I then received notification that mine & my son's tags were being suspended because we didn't have insurance. They told us they would start a new policy that day & for us to pay the suspension fees & it was all resolved. A month or so later, my son relocated out of state which required him to rewrite his policy with a local agent. His new agent processed the new policy in a timely & efficient manner; however, State Farm continues to charge me for both cars as well. They sent me a policy document showing an amount due but I am being forced to pay almost twice as much & we have yet to receive any refunds for the overpayment. They are now asking me to pay an amount that is not in agreement with my policy document & the portal required a completely different payment amount. I have called & emailed for over 2 weeks. I have asked repeatedly to speak with Daniel but he is never available & his billing person just keeps telling me the same incorrect response, and they have yet to provide a policy that matches the amount I am being asked to pay."
