"I'm not sure what happened as this company was great prior to this pool season. I scheduled a pool opening with bi-weekly cleaning service back in March for a mid-April opening. I did get a response saying that won't be a problem. To date, my pool still isn't open and it's May 12th! My husband and I have both tried reaching out multiple times via text, phone call, and email. Calls go straight to VM which states they are very busy. I am now looking for a new pool company who can open my pool asap."

He's personable and explains everything clearly. He also fixed a problem with our heater that our previous two providers could not, and his pricing was better as well. "Tyler was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for houses and as you know that is a stressful process, but he inspected all of the pools. When I finally found a house with a pool that wasn't working properly (there is a leak, we found that out later) he came back and forth in the busiest part of the season to help me. He set up my pool salt system and tried more times then I can count to troubleshoot what was wrong with the pool. Unfortunately I lost him I think due to the back and forth, my fault I suppose. I think he blocked me at this point. I just wish he could've just shown me how to use my system because I have no idea what I am doing and nobody else seems to either. But I would recommend him over and over. He is a wonderful guy and great pool service person!!"
