"Update: February 2024 - After pool commissioning the communication stopped completely. Both from the owner and the office. Had a leak I wanted to have looked at along with some additional training on the system. Received no call backs. I hired a different pool company to manage the system and they have performed all warranty repairs after multiple failures on the build. Thankfully Jandy has a good warranty program regardless of the company doing the work. Overall it was a very good experience. The base pool, inclusions, and equipment are very well priced and superbly built. The add-ons can be very expensive so stick with the base pool and shop around for addons like irrigation, pool house, etc. That being said, that's the only negative we experienced with Michael, Baylor and team. The best part (even with the expensive add-ons) Michael and team offer a one-stop shop for your pool project. We got other quotes and most did not include irrigation, fence repair, sod, etc. The other thing I would add, if you're going to utilize this company is get everything in writing, including details, inclusions, etc. We had to pay extra for the "additional square footage" of sod even though we added additional sqft of pool decking. We also only got ½ the irrigation system that we originally had. The most important thing I can tell you is the important things are done beyond expectations. Drainage, grading, pool equipment (all top of the line), plumbing, electrical, etc... Communication was good, time frame was very good, and quality was beyond expectations."

"We selected Olympic Atlanta Pools & Spas in late August 2020 because Michael Rainbow not only provided us a competitive quote, and a reasonable delivery schedule, but also because he is a no-nonsense contractor who we believed would actually perform the contract in the exact manner he promised, versus what we often experience with contractors, which is over-promise and under deliver. We own many investment properties and deal with many contractors and most of them disappoint because they make excuses for failing to show up to work when promised, the quality of their work is substandard, or because they over schedule themselves with too many project commitments which cause unnecessary delays in delivery. Our experience of Michael, in comparison to the hundreds of contractors we deal with, is that he is in the top 1% because he always does what he says he will do, he and his team is professional and works exceptionally hard. Michael's quality of work is extraordinary. He is responsive, and his prices are very reasonable. He was always ahead of schedule, even with weather delays, and we have been impressed with his commitment to our project since it started. After signing the contract at the end of August, we anticipated that the permits would be granted and the project started at the end of September. But to our pleasant surprise, Michael immediately obtained the permits, and showed up on September 11, 2020 to start the dig with his team. Since then, he has been timely or ahead of schedule on all deliverables. His contractors have been exceptional. They are all very professional and very respectful/kind to the homeowners. Michael is always responsive, he is very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond to make his clients happy. I am writing this review in one part because of how great of a job Michael and his team have done, but in another part because it is very hard to trust contractors, particularly pool contractors, and Michael has restored some of our faith in the contracting process. You will not go wrong by giving him a call."

"First time pool owners here and we loved working with the Olympic ATL pools & spas team! The design of the pool and landscape are perfect for our hone. Michael was on site almost daily and always in touch. He and his team are very flexible and will work with you throughout the project to make sure the final product is your dream!"

"Hired Michael last spring for pool deck replacement and backyard landscaping. All went fine until we were about 80% complete and then his true self showed up- incomplete tasks, broken commitments, unanswered calls and emails. He took the money and ran. Not sure why someone who depends on his image and reputation would suddenly go silent. Had he just done what his contract said and finished the job, he would have had a satisfied client. Do not be fooled by the “ hardworking kid who grew up on a dairy farm in upstate NY”. The man can not be trusted."
