"Save your money and do a back yard bbq or local park. It is severely overpriced for a dirty run down park. Severely under staffed. Less then 10 employees for 150+ children and party attendees. The employees who are there have zero children skills and very obviously do not want to be there and do not care about safety. If you give your concerns to the manager Tiffany, she will say “sorry”. Then list why employees called in or can not work. Admitting to not having enough employees but will still take your money and funnel people in. Will also come up to your kids who are trying to assist younger children in the 5 and under section and yell at them to get out “5 and under only get out”. When we paid to do the water ball and walked over to it she told us “you needed to get out of the party sections no parties have been called”. She rude and hateful. My brother spent over $900 on his sons party and was treated like dirt and when he came to pay the day before the party he settled his bill and the day of the party was told he still owed $68. As a parent trying to give a child a nice party he very willingly did so. This place is a scam covered in child urine, dirt, dust, debris, and bits of trash. Could you look on the brighter side and try to enjoy it for your kid? Yes. But the place is nasty and so is the staff’s attitudes."

"I've been to nearly every indoor playground in the area and quite a few trampoline parks, this place is definitely one of my top picks. I recently took my 4 year old daughter on a weekday. It wasn't crowded at all and the place was very clean. Pricing was extremely reasonable for jumping. They have some cool extra attractions. I'd highly recommend, especially for those with younger kids."

"Been here twice now and I absolutely love it..first time my daughter was 1 and now she's 2...the staff are so friendly..the place is clean..with a indoor playground for 5 and under...and a dodge ball section 5 and up..and a foam pit 5 and up... And a soft play baby section 5 and under..the place is spacious and so many things for them to do. I literally drive a hour from Palmetto ga to the bring my baby here...plus the prices are very reasonable compared to other places."

"Had my sons 6th Birthday party and ended up being worth every penny. Tiffany handled my checkout very smoothly with great customer service. "This was my first time at the establishment, there is ample parking and the establishment is bigger on the inside than I expected. The prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. It is a decent location for toddlers up to older kids. The facility at first glance seems decent, but the soft play area for sure is terribly filthy, I was hesitant to let my baby play. The foam mat needs to be replaced and the other play items need to be deep cleaned, wiped down and hair removed. The carpet in the establishment needs to be vaccumed on a regular basis. We did order pizza which the have delivered and it was a decent snack for the kids. The kids did enjoy themselves, but I do not think we will return."
