Reviews
"Horrible service in the pharmacy! I can not believe the lack of compassion and professionalism in that place. All of the pharmacists I spoke with were extremely rude, and flat-out refused to fill a simple prescription when there was no plausible reason as to why it could not be done. I will never go there again."
"In October 1st I was the first person to drop my prescriptions and 1 hr later I went to pick up my medications and was not even in the system. All this pharmacy’s play with peoples lives and was the worst service that I have before"
"I go here all the time. This place is the best. They send me a text when my prescriptions are ready and they never rush to get you off the phone. And yes they actually answer their phone. Alvin is one of the best people here. He does his job thoroughly and with a smile on his face. No matter what I have to go there for I have 1 million questions and he is always happy to answer them all. I’m not sure why this pharmacy has so many bad reviews but as I read them I see they’re from two or four years ago . Give them another chance they’re wonderful."
"So I went to the emergency room after having UFE surgery. The pain meds prescribed after the surgery was only good for the first two days and I couldn’t stand the pain. So the emergency room doctor prescribed a different one. I come to Walmart to fill it and this is where all the drama begins. Since when did pharmacist know more than doctors? The Foreigner pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. Meanwhile this is a PRN prescription so it doesn’t mean one will be taking it every four hours. She will not fill it for me. So I can Gwinnette Medical and am advised to have them call the doctor but Walmart pharmacist refused to call and refused to fill my prescription. This is the most ridiculous incident I have ever encountered. Stay away from filling prescription at Walmart because they don’t care about their patients. If they did, they could have called and straightened it out with the doctor and I could have my medication."
"Waited almost 3 hours for my prescription to be ready. They initially told me 1.5 hour wait, yet when I cam to pick up my order they kept giving me the run around. 15 more min, 10 more min, 5 more min. I understand sometimes it can get busy, but some honesty is appreciated. I wouldn't have waited around that long had I known it would take almost 3 hours. Only till I requested to have my prescriptions back, to go else where, they had it ready almost immediately."
