"My Jacuzzi electronics controller shorted out and need a complete replacement. The company that built the jacuzzi had been out of business for several years and the controller had no serial number or and product number. Daniel (The Swim Doctor) took photos of everything (electronics and various types of plug ins). He searched for a company that might have or manufacture a similar controller with the exact plug ins and sent the pictures to to them. This jacuzzi has an heater, lights, music temp controller and powerful jets so it wasn't your average jacuzzi. He kept me informed of every step during this process, got the right controller and restored everything and did it all at the cost he quoted (which was less than I expected) and much quicker than I expected. The jacuzzi now works perfectly."
