"Had me on hold for 30 minutes and still never spoke with me, I asked the agent if they was willing to give me a good deal on a down payment for a insurance policy the guy said uhhh please hold after 30 minutes I ended up hanging up and not calling back, horrible experience just on getting a quote, I guess that was his rude way of telling me he doesn't work with people on down payments, he didn't have to waste 30 minutes of my day"
