"I needed to get an oil change, so I called ahead just in case I needed an appointment. It took me 3 times to finally get through. The lady who answered was very rude and vague on when I should show up. So, I showed up around 2pm. I was greeted by the same lady. A very snobby receptionist who didn't even greet me. Just said, "What you want?" While looking at me like I insulted her. I said an oil change. She tossed a small form to fill out and a pen at me. After handing it back to her, I started explaining that I was aware of the system reading "low tire pressure" and why it says that. She pushed past me, cutting my words off and gruffly saying, "They'll check everything!". The whole time I waited in the lobby, if the phone rang, she would look up at it, ignore it, and go back to scrolling on her own phone. Awful experience, and I won't be going back here."
