"HEALTH SCORE IS A 73. I went there before being aware of health score. I always order the chicken sandwich with the homemade fries. The fries were always delicious and creamy and the chicken sandwich with the homemade hot and green sauce on that fresh onion roll was out of this world. (Hence the rating) The last time I ordered it didn’t taste as fresh and it was extra greasy. So i decided to go inside. It smelled of old shoes and dirty mop water. When i went to the checkout area I saw the health score and my mouth dropped. (73) The sweet lady covered it up and said it wasn’t that bad, we got minor points off for the silliest things. I told her I couldn’t trust it and immediately cancelled my order and left. After reading their health score report in detail online I almost threw up!!!!!! From preparing trays of biscuits on trash cans to black residue in their ice machine. Eat at your own risk"

"I went here for breakfast. If you wish to experience a different eclectic environment, this is recommended. The young man behind the bar was very pleasant, personable, and attentive. There were not many entree choices, I had the Hashed Out, but it was really good. Also, the coffee was good. It's not a big place, but very comfortable. Highly recommend."

"Nice neighborhood restaurant with a limited breakfast/lunch menu and drinks. Food was excellent. I had “Hashed Out” which was nicely spicy with the jalapeños (which can be picked off if desired). My wife had a very nice biscuit. Interior is very welcoming and up-to-date with a couple of tables outside for those cooler days. Parking can be challenging, but there is parking behind."

"Been here a few times, but first time back in 2 years. Kids loved the waffles and cheese grits were great. Biscuit Sammie was solid. Only issues were cbcb - chicken was dry and the biscuit bottom was overdone. Fried green tomatoes tasted great, but sliced paper thin."
