"We will NOT be going back to that location. I strongly recommend NOT going there. The waitress/server had the Audacity to tell my wife as she was having to change our 6 month old son's diaper in our booth because they do not have baby changing stations in the bathrooms, "that she didn't need to be doing that because it's extremely unsanitary" and said it right in middle of the dining room floor at that. My wife is absolutely livid and offended as much if not more as myself was. They acted.as if it didn't matter that she said that and just brushed it off. I will be contacting the upper management and corporate over this matter. She violated my wife's right of motherhood and was very rude about it. We may even push for discrimination suits being filed as well."

"Ordered online at 7:21pm this is the 4 th time I have ordered online for delivery in the pass 5 weeks . At 8:31 I get a text saying my order was cancelled. What why ???? So I called and the girl told me I was out of their range. That have been delivered 4 other times.. I’m not understanding. Why didn’t they text sooner"

"Not fond of sauce. Tasted too much like tomato paste. And toppings were skimpy. Better back in New Jersey."

"I ordered online to pick up. But for some reason it wasn't showing up at this store. So I wanted to order the same thing. They said they didn't have that special. So I ordered what special they had. The big box special and wanted to add more toppings then one. And the person at the counter said no it's only one topping. I worked in this business for years and you can do more than one topping for a cost. But I guess he doesn't know and the manger doesn't like money. I don't understand."

"My son was awarded a certificate from school for a free personal pan pizza, so him and I went to eat for dinner tonight. He ordered a sausage pizza, and I ordered myself a pepperoni pizza. While eating, he pulled out 3 pieces of hair from his food. I put them on the side of his plate and took the plate to the register to show the cashier. Obviously, the pizza was already free. I was not looking for a free handout. I paid for my pizza and gave the server over a 35% tip. My issue is that when I wanted it to be known about the several strands of hair in my son's pizza, the cashier, Adelynn, couldn't care less. She didn't alert her manager or anything. I fully understand things happen, but I feel like this situation could have been handled so much better!!!!"
