"The people at the pharmacy are very helpful , good mannerd and considerate ."
"Profiled to be too poor for the prescription!!!!!!! My dad was found positive with Covid yesterday morning and was sent some medication to this pharmacy. My mom went in that afternoon looking for his medication and was told he did not have any medication sent over. Today morning they went back to the clinic asking why the medicine hadn’t been sent only to find out that they did send it and the pharmacy had it. Well, after learning that information they head back to the pharmacy looking for answers. At the pharmacy they were told that she (pharmacy employee) did not give her the medicine because “it was too expensive she didn’t think you would get it” . Too expensive! First off, she was never given the option to decide for herself and who are they to decide if it is too expensive for us or not? In a matter of personal wellness if this had been a life or death situation , my dad would be in a serious predicament had he really needed that medication right then and there. Honestly, we were really disappointed in how this all went down, no one could really take ownership of the mishap. In any case, I’m letting everyone know about this because it’s not fair to be profiled, especially when having your medication can really mean life or death for some people . Please be aware, and triple check everything and everyone ."
"The african american lady who was giving me the prescription was very rude, had an attitude for no reason, tossed the bag of medication towards me. Didn’t even hand it properly, I would’ve understood the attitude if I was disrespectful towards her but I was actually nice, even after she tossed the bag at me."
"Waited three hours for prescriptions to be filled. The very next day my doctor called in a prescription at 9:15 am at 11:10 they told me they couldn’t even check the voice mails to make sure they got my prescription. They said give them a while. I explained to them that my doctors office closed at noon on Fridays and ask them to please check. Again I was told that they couldn’t check it right now. So I guess they don’t care if I get my meds before Monday and I’m really sick. I will never go back here again."
"I use to come here often, but they have been rude and take forever to give medication. If I call they are rude. And when talking in person they give you attitude. I understand people are under stress but I haven’t done anything but come and picked up my medicine for them to go off. There is a women there who yells for no reason. I have a small voice and she gets an attitude with me. I have server anxiety and she gave me an anxiety attack there I had to leave. I tried speaking to someone about it and all they said was “I can’t do anything.” One of the Publix main store clerk was trying to help me. The pharmacists in this location are the worst."
