"This 1 star rating is for the Pharmacy only. The store itself deserves 5 star, however their pharmacy needs some attention. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with them. Anyone I have communicated with was either visibly annoyed or very short with me. I had one occurrence that I brought to managements attention and was told they are aware and have had many complaints. It’s sad that the employees can’t show basic respect being in a field of customer service. It has caused me to consider driving an hour to a location that used to me my main pharmacy just because of the lack of respect. A note to the pharmacy - Do better."
"Its 5 mins from my home. The staff is Pleasant and Professional answered my questions if needed.. no issues. I like having my meds filled here."
"I called the pharmacy to pick up and someone talked with an attitude like I annoyed them but I just needed to make sure that my prescription is ready to be picked up. I wanted to verify dob because I know my legal name is really common name. She/He did not let me verify dob but just give me conclusions that “prescription is done”. Really disappointed how that employer talked tk the customer. Especially I work in medical fields and there is no way to have a conversation like that with the patients."
"The Store is always clean, the people are always cheerful and the pharmacy is outstanding. They go beyond everything to make sure that your shopping experience is enjoyable. But the pharmacy has always impressed me!"
"I've had a couple bad experience here in the past and decided this evening that I needed to write this review. My daughter's prescription was sent over to Publix Pharmacy around 2pm today. I called the pharmacy at 5:58pm to see if the prescriptions were ready. The person on the phone stated that they would notify by text when it is ready for pickup. I received a text at 6:04pm stating that 1 prescription is ready for pickup. I do know that I have 2 prescriptions so I gave them some time and arrived at the pharmacy at 6:30pm assuming that the second prescription will be ready as well. There were 3 people in front of me who said they waited for 20 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes before they help me. They only had 1 prescription ready and the second one was "not ready". They asked if I could wait another 45 minutes. Of course not, I don't want to waste my time. I told them that I would come back tomorrow morning. They said 'thank you' but really this is not the first time they did this. Note to self, they are not efficient and you should only come when you get all the text messages that all the prescriptions are ready for pickup. Suggestion: call them to make sure they received the prescription from your doctor, ask them how long for the wait, then after receiving the text that it is ready call them again to verify that it is indeed ready so you won't waste your time. If the medicine is urgent, your best bet is to show up and tell them that you will wait there for the prescription and of course it will take about 45 minutes. Another bad experience was when the prescription was sent over in the morning and that late afternoon it wasn't even ready when I called them. They were about 1-1/2 hour til closing and I really needed the medicine that day so I requested that they fill it. Sigh several bad experiences at this pharmacy. You would think I learned my lessons and how they operate by now. They really should have a better form of communication by either phone or text message. Once again I still don't understand why only one prescription was ready and the other one was not without a reasonable explanation. Poor excuse and service. Although, the head pharmacist and two male pharmacists working there were always helpful. They do have 1 person taking drop-off prescriptions, 2 pharmacists, and another person handling pick-ups. This is 11/11/2022 at 6:30pm on a Friday night."
