"Kroger Five Fork Pharmacy team don’t even tell that entire proscription is available or not. After staying in extra line and asking why you didn’t give medicine on prescription then they are saying it’s not available here or any near by Kroger pharmacy. After request of transferring missing medicine from Kroger to Walmart, they don’t even help to transfer digitally. Even Walmart pharmacist called and it was not transferred. Keep giving the same answer that other pharmacy has to call but when they call team of Five Fork Kroger pharmacy not transferring digital prescription."

"I went to the Doc, called this pharmacy 10 minutes afterwards to see when I could pick up my 3 subscriptions. The lady on the phone said they are about to close for lunch, but she could rush through and get it done in the next 15min. Also, that my insurance wasn't accepted there. My scrips would be $110 with goodrx... Then she said she had a better discount. I told her I didn't have to have the medicine immediately and I would arrive after they had lunch. I got there and the nice lady behind the counter said " that will be $29 and change" ... Great experience, nice folks, truly don't understand the other nasty reviews. Thanks Five Forks Kroger Pharmacy!"

"Please stay away from this particular pharmacy if you can. The staff at this location lack empathy. It seems they are there because they have to and are very rude. The Pharmacists are even worse. Overall customer service here is terrible. Complaining is not going to get you anywhere. They just don’t care. I emailed to their customer service and the response I got was- “We truly appreciate your ongoing patience as, together with you, we work through the challenges we are faced with in today’s world. Due to increased volume of inquiries from our customers, we were not able to respond to your question immediately……blah blah.” In other words it means we are sorry that we have issues but we don’t give a flying fu@k. It’s a standard cookie cutter, cut and paste reply with grammatical errors which reflects the overall culture of this company."

"This is the worst pharmacy service I have ever received. I come in I’m 30 minutes ahead of the closing time with one prescription For antibiotics that I desperately need to begin taking at that time. Despite explaining this to the pharmacist, he simply stated he could not get it filled in time despite having adequate time in which to do it. So much for great customer service. I certainly hope that no one else comes in with a desperate need of medication’s to this pharmacy. You might very well die before you get them."
