"I've had mainly positive experiences here aside from one time where the lady tried to sell me on Poly Vi Sol(a children's vitamin solution) and get me to buy it before checking if my insurance would cover it or not. She said that most insurances don't cover it and I could buy it now for $12.50 and then asked if I'd like to go ahead and buy it now. Newsflash: my insurance did cover it and it cost me $0 the next day."
"40 minute wait for a flu shot? No thanks, I'll use that time and travel to Target and wait no time and get a coupon with it. Taking 2 minutes from whatever you're doing will not inconvenience you any. Instead, you expect someone to wait that long. Not today."
"My doctor called in my prescription at 2:51PM, I arrived to pick it up at 7:54PM, for the pharmacy cashier to tell me "your doctor just called that prescription in so it won't be ready for pickup tonight"... I told her that was not true, my doctor called in my Rx at 2:51PM. She proceeds to tell me "No she didn't, it's just now showing up, so she just called it in." I told her she was wrong, and I had email confirmation from my doctor. Then she tells me "Well it was just retrieved from the voicemail just now, it won't be ready until tomorrow after 11:30AM"..... Wow. So I'm without my much needed prescription because of this pharmacy's laziness and negligence. I am placing a formal complaint to Kroger Corporate and speaking to Ed Widick who is supposed to be the pharmacy manager first thing in the morning."
"The last two times I've used this pharmacy, they tell me when my prescription will be ready, and then when I call to make sure it's ready, I get told a different time. The woman on the phone is rude and cut me off multiple times when I was talking, and she was not at all interested in addressing my issue. Last time this was an issue, I chalked it up to a one time thing. Now that it happened again the very next time, I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. I love the gas perks but I'm tired of being jerked around."
