"No explanation needed, horrible all around"
"I have been reluctantly using this pharmacy for years. The customer service is horrible. I have been charged when I prepay for medication (and have the receipt email) and then the pharmacist and tech say it’s not showing up in their system and there is nothing they can do. I have been charged twice for my insulin and it never reversed on my card like they said it would be. There is either a horrible disconnect between the app and the store itself or this pharmacy is unable to navigate it. Maybe these workers are short staffed but they are extremely rude and condescending. They could start being a kind and then this might be a place I would return. At this point, I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere."
"One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time... unfriendly service from both employees I sort of interacted with. They wouldn't sell me the qty of VISA gift cards I needed and were unapologetic about it. I will not be going back!"
"Good service and nice staff. Drive through is usually faster than in-store service. Sometimes you may have long wait."
"I had the worse service EVER!!! This store never has the shelves stocked properly. No one is properly trained. I went there tonight to purchase Airborne, and lip balm. The clerk was not able to pull up my CVS information and didn't inform me so I paid full price for the Airborne($16 each and I purchased two containers). I was unable to purchase the lip balm. The price was buy 1 get 1 50% off. She rang both for full price. I requested she remove the lip balm since she would not honor the shelf price listed. I paid for the Airborne $34 and change total. Then the receipt machine ran out of paper. She tried to send me away. I explained I needed a receipt. She then inserts the paper backwards. The machine "prints" blank. Another associate emerges and tells me sorry we can't give you a receipt. I explain I need the receipt again. She tries to refund it only this time she demands my ID. When she rings it up the Airborn registers $12 and change each bottle. I explained I paid $16+ for each item. She tells me she doesn't know what to do and I need to talk with the manager tomorrow morning. I was so upset I walked off. This is the LAST time I will ever return to this sorry CVS."
