"I have used Norcross Pharmacy for years, mainly to fill prescriptions for my mother. They were always very kind to her and so helpful to me as I navigated her medications and illness. I rarely need prescriptions and I recently had to fill one for myself, something very costly and I checked around to find the best price. One of the associates gave me bad information over the phone and it ended up costing me 3 times the amount for what I needed to fill. I purchased it under information that it was 28 doses only to get home to find only 8 doses. Then, due to “regulations” they could not accept the medication back and refund me. I have no idea why their mis-communication to me has to end up costing me 3 times the amount I could have gotten elsewhere. Sadly, I do agree with some of the other reviews, the “friendly family” feel is just not there anymore. I am not in the pharmacy business but I feel this was not only my mistake for not checking my prescription before walking out the door but the personnel who answered a question for me. I believe there has to be a circumstance that medication could have been returned……..I never even removed from the bag except to observe the missing 20 doses I thought I was getting. I feel like this was just handled poorly and I will go out of my way , driving right past Norcross Pharmacy to fill my prescription needs. Sorry Ms. Gerri, I hate to do this , maybe we will run into you at “Matthews” having lunch sometime. L was"
