"Great tech and pharmacist today surprised for this location"

"Extremely extremely inconsiderate. Not willing to take 5 minutes or less of their time for others. They do not care if you go without your prescription and are unwilling to help you figure anything out or provide any alternative suggestions. It is unfortunate that "the pharmacy likes to close on time." If you show up at at 4:01pm and the the pharmacy closes at 4pm, they will not give you your prescription, even with a call ahead of time saying that you are running 1 min late."

"usually love krogers pharmacy, always easy and convenient. but the individuals working at this location seem less than competent. also have never had a pharmacy answer the phone saying only “hello”. wasn’t even sure if i had the right number. super rude over the phone as well. Big time HIPA violation when you ask for my DOB and you blurt out the first and last name of 3 other people AND their medication EVEN AFTER i told them what my name was. pretty terrible service."

"The pharmacist saved us!! My daughter urgently needed medicine close to closing time and the pharmacist went above and beyond to help us get everything transferred and filled. She was extremely kind and beyond helpful, makes me want to transfer all my prescriptions here."

"Received such terrible service from pharmacy staff, I will never fill my prescriptions here again. The pharm tech violated HIPPA and blurted out my medication from across the room, was rude, lazy and unfriendly to say the least. Fill your Rx elsewhere, wasted an hour waiting on a called in Rx from early morning that should have been prepared!!"
