"Jeff is a great service manager but Roger is very rude. After bringing my commercial van to them for over 4 years and spending thousands of dollars in repair cost I was told to never bring my van back to them again because I as the owner of the van calls to much for update on repair. Had to take the van back several times for the same repair but always paid the bill. Just spent over $700 and the van broke down on its very first run for the same problem. Don't recommend this shop to anyone."

"The rear end went out in my truck and they only replace the axle on the left side they did not replace the one on the right side and the right tire literally almost fell off while I'm going down the interstate at like 75 miles an hour and when we call them back the next day they said I quote"is he will get it here to us we will make it right" therefore to me that sounds like if I get it to them they're going to fix it with no extra charge WRONG... IT COST ME $300 TO GET IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT AND THEY ALSO HAD TO BOOST MY TRUCK OFF AND WHEN THEY DID THEY BLEW THE FUSE AND NOW SOMETIMES MY RADIO WORKS SOMETIMES IT DON'T IT MIGHT GET STUCK WITH THE VOLUME RETURNED ALL THE WAY UP AND MY WINDOWS DON'T WORK WHICH THEY DID WORK WHEN MY TRUCK WAS PUT IN THEIR SHOP AND EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN BACK BY THERE TO ASK THEM TO CHECK MY FUSES OR TO EVEN CHECK MY TRANSMISSION FLUID THEY DON'T HAVE NOBODY AVAILABLE TO DO THAT THEY ARE ALL BUSY OR THEY DON'T HAVE A LIFT OPEN"
