"Hit or miss with customer service. More miss. People are not coming always to pick up maintenance medication. More often than not someone is not feeling well and are there to pick up medication to feel better. The staff does NOT have to be rude! TO THE PHARMACY STAFF ….. YOU have loved ones. Treat people the way you want to be treated or the way way you would want your loved ones treated!!!! DO BETTER!!!"

"Do not go here. The staff is really awful. The tech ignores you and doesn't say anything. She clearly hates her job. The pharmacist is horribly slow and doesn't know how to provide customer service. There are so many better pharmacies around the area. Give your money to someone who is actually happy to help."

"I want to take a moment to give a special shout out to the pharmacy manager. She helped me with an issue a couple of weeks ago when nine out of 10 pharmacists wouldn’t have done anything. In addition, my wife was taking shots for blood clots after a recent pregnancy, and she went out of her way to change her prescription from two shots to one shot. No one asked her to do this. Really good job!"

"pharmacy department is the worst. on a wednesday i tried to fill a prescription the lady told me to come back in an hour. i waited there for an hour and when i went back to the window she said that i had to back on saturday to get it filled. you have my phone number so why wouldn’t you call to tell me that instead of having me sit for an hour and wait? some things are just common sense.I drove back on saturday and then she said i had to wait until sunday. I didn’t get an apology for the confusion an apology for the mixup or anything.Last time I come to this pharmacy."

"1st time in this store. I am a Truck Driver and had gone to Peachtree Immediate Care next door. I had pulled a thigh muscle. Took my prescriptions in and had the very best customer service I have ever had at any pharmacy. Wonderful lady took care of me. Could barely walk in and she had my scripts filled in 10 minutes. All 3. Very impressed!! Thank you to your staff Publix!"
