"March 8, 2023 I purchase gel pack and an ankle support. After speaking with my son’s rheumatologist. I was advised the ankle support was not a good idea. March 13, I attempted to return the unused/ unopened ankle support. I was told by the store manager after COVID we no longer except any returns. I replied, COVID is over” I was then told well with OSHA once it leave the store… I replied it’s not ‘food’ and if I went to CVS, KROGERS, or WALGREENS. I can returned it. Manager stated she was sorry. I left as an unhappy , not returning customer. I did call Advanced Ortho ( manufacturer) who did not understand why the store could not/ did not return the product. My receipt does not state NO REFUND/RETURN DISPLEASED CUSTOMER"
