"Not sure what everyone else is whinny about .I get in line , I wait , I get what I need and I get on with it !! I’ve had small issues with every pharmacy everywhere USA ! So far I’ve come out on top unscathed and victorious with my pharm needs!! Thanks for helping me get in and get out ! Especially since we’re in an era of lockdown filled with lack of staff with shortages and outages!"
"This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I had a prescription called in at 9am, went to pick it up at 4:30 and it STILL wasn’t ready. So I told them I’ll come back later. Went back the next day at 3pm and it STILL hasn’t been filled. I refused to move from the counter until she counted it out right there in front of me. Complete idiots work here."
"Yes, the drive thru has been closed and sometimes I have to wait because they are short staffed, but I want to give 5 stars to a pharmacy employee named Chris! She has gone above and beyond several times in the past to try and help me get the best prices and always puts in the extra effort. Chris deserves recognition for her hard work!"
"This pharmacy used to be ok. I’m not sure what is going on they still have all the same people working there. The drive through is never open anymore for like the past 2 years. The line to get a prescription is always long and there is only ever one person on the register. I would say it’s because of Covid but as I said all the same people are still there. The last three times I’ve gone I called in my prescriptions 2-3 days prior and when I come in to get them they are still not ready."
"This kroger pharmacy deserves zero stars. ZERO. I send medications through for refills and I will sometimes wait two or more days for them to be filled, even if the medication is in stock. I have had to call after submitting an order online to make sure they will fill them. I was told the other day while placing one of those calls that it would all be filled by 5 o’clock that day. Some were, but not all. I knew that was too good to be true. I have run out of medication because they simply neglect to fill my prescriptions. I am writing this review after almost a WEEK without some medication because they have not fulfilled my order or called my physician for refills, even after I have submitted requests. I have submitted TWO requests with no results. Why do you offer the service to call my doctor if you don’t even do so? I mean, isn’t that one of the things you’re paid to do...? Oh and another thing...don’t send me texts saying that they are ready for pickup, then tell me they aren’t when I arrive. I used the Kroger pharmacy in Sandy Springs when I lived there and they were on top of things. Days when I was busy at work and could not call the doctor and wait around on hold, I could push a couple buttons on the app to submit the call request and they would actually call. My orders were always filled that day unless they were waiting for approval from my doctor (which they ensured never took more than a day, two at the most), or unless the medication was out of stock. I use kroger pharmacy for the fuel points, but I’m about to switch to a different location. Even though this one is not even two minutes away from my house, I can not deal with their incompetence anymore. Like i said...i have run out of medication multiple times because even if they say the medication will be filled that day, it isn’t. That’s not the way to run a pharmacy. It is dangerous to run out of medication and stop it cold turkey, but because I’ve chosen to use this location I have had to stop taking my pills abruptly while I wait around for an indefinite period of time for them to fill the order. I really, really wish I could rate them zero stars. I think I’ll actually switch back to the Kroger in Sandy Springs and make the 30 minute drive to avoid the inconvenience, laziness, and overall incompetence of this location. Y’all have to get it together."
