"Very disappointed to experience this lack of care from staff in our community. I arrived to pick up some important medications at the exact time of closing after even calling in advance to give them a heads up as I was rushing from work and though they were still there they absolutely refused to help me. On the phone… “We won’t help you if you’re so much as a few seconds late.” We will be changing pharmacies."

"I sympathize with pharmacists at grocery stores. It must be a tough job. That's why I'm giving this pharmacy four stars and some grace. We've mostly had a great experience for the past 7 years. Of course there are some cases where the pharmacist was a bit short, or impatient, or didn't quite explain why a prescription was being rejected by insurance. I think that happens a lot given today's complex health insurance situation. I think most of the time, the problem was probably on the other end with doctors not checking to see what's covered by insurance, or putting in the wrong amount, or some other trivial thing that they didn't give a second thought to. Also - two weeks ago I came in for a prescription as they were packing up for lunch. Instead of telling me to come back in an hour, they gave me my prescription. That was pretty great."

"Fair service and friendly staff but always understaffed. The lines and missed or late prescriptions are annoying. They should re-open the drive through option."

"Slow and doesn’t acknowledge customers or more specifically black customers. Don’t have all day to wait for simple pills. Will just stare at you while you wait and they sit back there and talk. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this pharmacy because of tricare but there are way better pharmacies in the area"

"Love each and every one of them that work here. They are all great and have the best personalities. I would drive 100s of miles just to get my prescriptions filled here. They are the best"
