Publix Pharmacy at Governors Towne Square

"I never write reviews because I believe on being kind and understanding. People have bad days and there is always the possibility for human errors. That been said, do yourself a favor and get your prescription someplace else. I have been with them for 5 years and the person in charge and the second are two of the kindest person you will ever meet. Unfortunately they are never there anymore when I go. Their paid on the app and pick up at the store never works right and they have messed my prescription month after month. Then I tried paying on the app and picking up curbside, that doesn’t work either. They are soooo disorganized and the bad customer service is just the cherry on top. They have a lot of new young people that just don’t know what they are doing and when making a mistake they get offended and even hang the phone on you or let you wait for a long time and hang up. Pettiness at its finest. Listen- I’m no Karen and it takes a lot to get me upset but month after month this people cannot get it right. It’s time to move."

"I have used this pharmacy for years and will continue to do so! Deanna and other pharmacists are beyond awesome! If there is any issue, they dig in to find out how to help, and fix it. They fill prescriptions quick, and are personable, urgent, and most of all empathetic. Thank you for what you guys do! Not the most glamorous job but yall are amazing. People don't realize what you guys probably deal with on a daily basis."

"Every time we attempt to use this pharmacy it’s a new problem! I’m shocked Publix has allowed this pharmacist to mistreat customers the way she does. They need some serious change in who is running this pharmacy. No comparison to our previous Publix pharmacy in our last town. So over them."

"Love our local store and it’s friendly staff. But today our experience at the pharmacy wasn’t good. The pharmacist was hollering from behind the screen that she had no help and we would have to come back. Very unhelpful to an older retired couple who are hard of hearing and couldn’t initially hear what she was yelling. Not a good start to the day for us or her."

"I will no longer be using your pharmacy located at this location or any Publix pharmacy. This location has gone drastically down hill. If Crystal or Deanna aren’t there everything gets messed up. We’ve had medicine be promised on order and to be ready by a certain date twice now that has been messed up. Between me and my family we get several thousand dollars a month worth of medications that you are losing. Get more people like Crystal and Deanna or prepare to lose more business and face lawsuits for failure to provide people with their medications on the promised dates."
