"I called 3 weeks ago about an appointment for an injection. No one returned my call so I went to the walk in clinic yesterday. Sorry they can't see you because your an established patient. Someone will call you with an appointment. Like they called me back with an appointment in the last 3 wks? I called Kings Daughters ortho, got an appointment in a week. Signed a release of records and left. Horrible patient care. I will drive to Ashland for all of my medical care from now on."

"Medical racket. Doctor office wouldn't accept x-rays taken previously from another doctor outside of Marshall Health so cost me another $800. No discussion of what cost would be and couldn't see the doctor until new x-rays were taken. New x-rays didn't show anything different from previous ones. Doctor had no idea of a diagnosis so they just gave an injection of cortisone and said see if that helps. It did for a few weeks but now back to pain. Takes 3 months to schedule a follow-up appointment. Perfect example of how medical field is failing patients."

"The first time seeing Dr. Feaster, if you want to call it that. Appointment Was at 3:30 got there and checked in around 3pm-3:10pm. Got back in the room at 4:03 was told she was running late. Okay that's fine. Took my boot and shoe off like I was told.around 4:40 I finally had enough had my husband help me put my boot back on went to the lady at the check out and asked to reschedule basically with another doctor etc. Their all booked up, thr check out lady said "I just went back and asked her she said she was about to come in and see you" then she went back and I guess Dr.Feaster nurse( anyways it was a nurse) came out and said she's with another patient...and the back and forth just got me irritated NEVER AGAIN"
