"Quick prescription refills, provided advice when needed and made recommendations when Publix was unable to fill prescription. We moved all our prescriptions from a big chain and really like and enjoy the small/home town feel."

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any pharmacy in my entire life. I was given the incorrect prescription and called to make the pharmacy aware. A young lady, by the name of Brianna got on the phone who was very short tempered and rude. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all and probably should be working in the drive-through at McDonald’s. I escalated the call and the guy got on the phone who is equally as rude. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he blatantly lied to me and told me the pharmacist would not be in until the morning! When I came back up to the pharmacy to resolve the situation in person, the pharmacist was here! I will be contacting their corporate office tomorrow to make them aware of the totally unprofessional staff that they employ."

"The Jekyll and Hyde Pharmacy. Employees either treat you with total courtesy and respect, or act like it ticks them off that you exist and are breathing air, that they don't need, they appear to have plenty, but it still ticks them off anyway. Please treat the Bipolar Disorder of this staff. Please!"

"If you are still using a box store pharmacy, do yourself a favor and try this Publix pharmacy. I have had so many issues at CVS including being yelled at by the pharmacist. I finally decided enough was enough and I can’t begin to explain how thankful I am to the Publix pharmacy staff for going out of their way to help me and most especially, they are so kind. My experience was the best I have ever had dealing with a pharmacy ever. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not a hindrance. Thank you all so much and I’m so happy I found such a great group of people and a great pharmacy."

"The "pharmacists" at this location will not refill medications on the scheduled date. I have a medication that isn't even a controlled substance and they refuse to refill it even three days prior to the date. This is unbelievable! They effectively treat every medication as a controlled substance and will follow "the book" and not use common sense when refilling medication. There's the way the book says, and common sense way.They have no common sense because many of the people running that pharmacy are women. No wonder common sense isn't used. This is why companies are better run when men are in charge and that is a fact!"
