"Staff was not friendly and after charging us $113.00 for an exam and rabies’s shot, would not give us an estimate on spay procedure: Instead wanted us to pay for another visit and another set of shots, since they would not accept the shots from the breeder before they would give us an estimate on the spay. Used the excuse due to her weight may change. That’s why it’s called an estimate. Very sketchy.to not want to be upfront about pricing. I would rather pay double somewhere else than to deal with them again."

"Had to do a walk-in with the little love of my life becaise our vet was on vacation. Dr. Brown and entire staff were wonderful and caring for us both. And the cost was very reasonable."

"This place is the worst. If you care about your pet take them elsewhere. If I could give a negative number I would. Our fur baby has allergies for the allergies we were given medication and a shot but nobody told us we were to continue the pills soon the scratching and digging started so we go back and they want to double the dose but the doctor doesn’t even come in and look at her skin said if she did it would be an extra $56 for the doctor to come in. So decided to make this my last visit when I called to get our dogs records they said they would email them after the doctor looked over them. I waited no email so I called the next day for the records still nothing so I go to pick them up and she only gives me the shot records. At the new vets office they need to know what meds she was on so they call Northgate and they will not send the records. Not a good place I’m sorry but the truth is the truth."

"Dr. Vandevender was amazing as well as the staff. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment for my sweet dog Rosey. She was very sick with an infection and had little appetite and was very lethargic. They did a thorough evaluation and prescribed medications to help her get well. We are following up in two weeks. I was very impressed."

"My Abby was very sick. They where able to get her in right away. Shared everything that they needed to do for her and everything that I needed to do when I took her home. Take it she is so much better now eating and running around the house like the wind."
