"When i first came ever, since my insurance couldn’t be accepted at others it was the worse experience i had at this dentist and i love going to the dentist when i called back maybe over 8months to a year after having that experience i had no choice but to come back because they accept my insurance, since i came back and spoke to them over the phone they said they got new people, and that certain person that gave me a bad experience wasn’t there anymore, so i gave it another shot, they are better and more organized and things were better explained to me about the cost since my insurance doesn't cover everything. They have very much improved with the great help of the women up front. I am glad they assisted me very well and left me smiling with the conversation we had. The only suggestion i have is just the time they stay open and when they take the last person because of my work schedule, just pushing the time of staying an hour later."

"Wait time was no problem at all! Staff is great. However, I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning in which I have resurfaced since the pandemic. I had x-rays done - no problem! A nurse comes and uses a sharp tool on my gums calling numbers. “The lower the better” she says. Well all my numbers are high and then I’m diagnosed with periodontitis!!!! Also I need wisdom teeth extracted that I have had no issues with. Why? They send me a referral for the teeth extraction and some papers on how to take care of my teeth and send me packing. “They will let me know treatment after they talk to my insurance”I did NOT get any cleaning at all. I’m not saying it’s a scam but this is not the first case of this."
