"I have been going to this office for years but today I had the worst experience. My regular hygienist Sherry was not in so I got another one D.Patel who treated me poorly and didn’t give me the great service I have always experienced. She pointed out treatments I need to get done but decided without telling me that she was not going to do it because I questioned her about it. Her assistant didn’t greet me or even offer to make my next appointment. I had the water splashed on my face from the tools and almost swallowed some of the dirty water that needs to be sucked out of my mouth with the tool because she was very impatient. To add to insult to injury when I said something at checkout about my experience the Office Manager who refused to give me her name intervened rudely instead of asking why I was so disappointed and not happy with the service. She said I ”This can be discussed another day” . She is so unprofessional. I am so disappointed especially since I have been going to this office for a long time and have been driving almost an hour to get there because I was being loyal . I will never go to this office again and will change my Dentist. *The only person that acted nice as always was Dr Mila ."

"I recently moved in the area, and I found imagix online. Had a great experience with all of them, hygienist, doctors, front desk personnel. I recently had a consultation for a dental implant. Dr was very knowledgeable and actually advised for a bridge which costs less. I was not charged for the consult. I highly recommend this place. Great people, very friendly team. Thank you for all you do!"

"This facility is absolutely for profit only. I can understand about the right treatment but they didn’t bother to explain to you why you need such a treatment and the hygienist assigned to me (Dhara) has poor patient care skills. I think she needs to attend those classes “How to be a Good Healthcare Worker”. ."

"Wanted to share an experience that took place. My Son had gone to the clinic and they were supposed to clean the tooth. They ended up doing something that will require to cause an additional payment and did not bother to inform. When he was done, he was asked to sign a document. He being a kid signed it. Then they asked him to pay money at which point he said "you should get it from insurance". The episode really calls for not the right behavior of doing something without consent and then ask the client to pay for it"
