"I have a big fear of needles and dentists, so it's safe to say that I avoid them at all costs. It had a been a LONG time since my last dental visit, but I must say that Dr. Chinta did a phenomenal job making the experience great under the circumstances. He has a wonderful bedside manner and handled me with the care I'm sure he'd have with a frightened child. The pros for me were that the office was VERY clean and the furniture was well appointed. Another pro is they make it very comfortable for patients by providing Netflix, blankets, pillows. I really felt appreciated. I can't forget to mention the great staff who helps to run this dental office. Ari (Dental Asst) who patiently held my hand to keep me calm and Jinese (sp?) (Office Administrator) who was very polite and comforting to my husband who called to check on me. There was another young man(sorry I can't remember his name) but he was very personable as well. I can honestly say, Dr, Chinta will faithfully see me every 6 mos because of the care he had with me. The only thing I would like to see is when a patient comes in for a visit, I think it should be a standard practice to provide a new toothbrush at that time. I think that encourages the patients to keep up good hygiene. I would recommend this office"

"My mother was suffering with severe tooth pain and initially we went to a different clinic. They were not able to identify the actual root cause as the things were not quite evident in the x-rays. Then we came to Suwanee smiles dentistry and met Dr. Chinta. He listened to her so patiently and did a thorough investigation. He understood what was going on and provided us the right treatment and solved the problem. Many thanks to Dr.Chinta. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a top-notch dental experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Ginesse at the front desk was super friendly and helpful when scheduling my first appointment at Suwanee Smiles. I was able to get an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and was seen right away. Her service was beyond excellent and I appreciate her help in locating my insurance information over the phone. Gopal was also excellent at this office. Gopal is extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful tips and advice for caring for my teeth. He is also very gentle and informative when taking X-rays. I really appreciated his service when visiting Suwanee Smiles. Dr. Chinta was also excellent and I would highly recommend visiting this office. He was very helpful and took his time explaining various treatments options for me. A major plus was having the option to watch Netflix on tv while getting my cleaning done. The details were wonderful."
