"My husband took our son here to get checked out after a fall knocked one of his front teeth loose. Both visits (the initial and follow-up) he found Dr. Lee to have poor bedside manner as she was very minimal with her interactions and seemed like she always had somewhere else to be (and she did, as there was a waiting room full of patients). He felt that he wasn't ever able to engage in dialogue with her about his prognosis and felt very uncomfortable asking questions. He described her as "far from warm" and the office felt like a factory just focused on getting its little patients in an out as quickly as possible. One consolation was that the nurses were the complete opposite and were very nice. We will not be returning to this practice and will be finding a better one for his future dental checkups."
