"This place is an absolute joke, plain and simple. The only reason I went here is because everything but my medicine was free due to charity care. My medicine lady would cancel my appointments at the last possible minute and not tell me, which left me without meds that I desperately needed. When I would try to reschedule, she wouldn’t answer the phone or return my calls. My therapist would go weeks, up to a month, without contacting me to schedule an appointment, and when I did see them, they would rush me out (at the time I was driving half an hour for a 10 minute session) and invalidate everything I had to say. Refused to diagnose me with ADHD simply because I “made good grades in school”. So please, if you are considering going here or sending your child here, please look elsewhere for their sake."

"I started with prestera two years ago in Charleston. It started off well, I was feeling better and healthier. Then my medical issues i started making me do dreaming but still awake if you can understand. I have Hepatic encopathy due to liver disease. They stopped all my meds and kept sending me to get labs done.It was very harand pyschartist told me a week after while she seemed very frustrate with me that she didn't know what else to do for me. named 8 disorders I had, bring off my meds was bad enough,but not letting me go to the meeting everyday because she said I was to sick. I was so sad I bonded with the group they helped me . But the good news is I see Dr,Hugh Robertson here in Huntington.and he's very caring and patient with me. I m not stable alot at times working on that! not by choice. So I would miss his calls"
