"I’ve been coming to this office for a decade, maybe more? Dr. Levinson is the only dentist I’ve trusted with my teeth. He uses accessible language to educate patients on procedures/plans. He is transparent and direct about the situation/plan, which is what makes me comfortable seeing him. Today I went in the follow up on a filling that is bothering me a bit. The dental hygienist, Rashida, was incredibly welcoming! She was also personable (and hilarious) and made the visit super enjoyable. It’s also worth noting that she shared how she enjoyed working with Dr. Levinson so much that she makes a bit of a journey for her shifts here. Working in a hospital, I can attest to how heavily the workday is impacted by working with a provider who makes it awesome not only for the patients, but also the staff. Thank you, Imagix team ♡"

"You could improve your score by acting like a medical practice instead of a money hungry business. When I called to make my appointment I could hear other schedulers working busily on the phone lines. You canceled my first appointment because I did not confirm a third time. In addition, a "deep cleaning" is almost always a scam, but I only agreed to it because I was told my insurance would cover all of about $80 of it. Then when I come back months later, I'm told, while in the chair, by the hygienist, who was very nice, that was the initial amount was for half of my mouth. Half? Then I'm presented with a bill more than double that amount, while I'm already in the chair, with my bib and sunglasses on. The girl in the front office had a terrible attitude, and was banging her hands on the counter while talking to a patient on the phone. I've never written a bad review for a business ever, even when it's been warranted, but this is my first time. Because that's how strongly I feel. Also, I never actually saw the dentist."

"Gone to the dentists every six months since my kids have been born. Never had any issues with any of the dentists we’ve used until we came here. All of a sudden they said all of us had paradontal disease that they want us to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning. Their 10 minute grace period is a joke and i came in one minute late and they told us to reschedule for february. This practice has been getting on my nerves for years but today was the last straw. Do not go to this practice, all they are doing is squeezing the most amount of money out of you. Be warned."

"It's with great sadness that I write this review as I've been a client for at least 15 years, perhaps 20, but it's time to "break up" with my dentist. Over the past 4-5 years I've become increasingly uncomfortable with their practices. For example, now when you show up for a visit, they put you in the chair and with *ZERO* explanation of the services they're going to perform, they put a BILL in front of you. What started out as $50 for a cleaning has become close to $400 and that was the bill put in front of me today, and it has been each time I have come in recent years. It feels like going to a car mechanic for maintenance or service, you handing them the keys, and before they even look at the car, them handing you a bill for the work. It would be one thing if they explained it all.... they don't. They just show you dental gobbledegook that you're supposed to understand, offer no explanations, and point you to the number at the bottom of the page and want you to sign. If I'm going to spend $400 on dental work, you can be sure I'll get an explanation of what it's for, and I'll need to know it's necessity. The last two times I've been, the hygenist has even told me I didn't need some of the treatments they auto prescribed. So I've been resisting the "muscling you for cash from the moment you sit down" thing the last 3 or 4 visits. The first time I refused to sign the billing statement and told her I wanted to talk to the hygenist first to see if the treatments were necessary. They performed them anyways, without my consent, & then tried to charge me for it all on exit. I told them I'd pay for a cleaning and nothing more. They escalated to a manager and she said, "we have your signature here..." and flipped over the paper and she saw I didn't sign... The last time I was there I told them I didn't want the escalated high dollar services either. This time they didn't perform them, and the lady at checkout tried to bill me for them anyways, and threatened me PUBLICLY at the checkout counter in front of other patients, telling me they'd send me off to collections. I stood my ground & told her I would not pay for services not rendered. Today was even worse. The same thing happened with the bill.... they sat me down in the chair and without any other convo or explanation stuck a bill in front of me for close to $400. I told her all i wanted was the cleaning, and my regular hygenist was no longer there-- so I started asking questions of this hygenist about the services and she seemed very uncomfortable answering the questions. She also measured my gums-- which I've been working on and have been consistently getting healthier, & when she did , they were in what she said was bad shape-- while I've followed the same treatment protocol the whole way and this is the only time they've tanked like that. I think she wanted to "upsell me" (which is what this is all about) a "deep cleaning" or something else which would cost a lot of money. That's what this business is about, the upsell. Prior dentists, what this practice calls a "deep cleaning" was really just a regular cleaning. But they're upcharging for that now. On top of it, *FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE I'VE EVER BEEN TO A DENTIST-- IN MY WHOLE LIFE*, they didn't bring the dentist back to check my teeth. She left the giant napkin she'd fastened to me on me so I had to remove it myself, with no conversation, & I walked to the counter myself. I asked the counter people if the dentist was supposed to see me. They said he was, and tried to find someone to talk to, but by this time I was just DONE. I'm over feeling like I'm being muscled for cash without explanations, I'm over the poor communication, what I think are extraordinary bills, and being upsold on everything. It's like the Spirit Airlines of dentistry. It wasn't always this way but it is now. And it's sad, cuz I like my dentist, Josh. He seems to be a decent guy, and he did my invisaligns and that went well-- but this other stuff, I just can't take any more. This stuff is just not ok."

"I love this place. They are all very nice and caring. Everyone is upfront beforehand on what you'll be paying and I've never had a bad experience. Their kids area is really cute as well."
