"They did an awesome job taking care of my kittens neuter procedure. They offer quality vet services at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend."
"Don't go here if you genuinely care about your pets, I took two of my cats to get spayed and sat in the lobby full of cats screaming and dogs on leashes that owners were letting go up to whatever kennel they wish. I'm still sitting in the lobby it's currently 9:10am and I've been sitting here since 8am, what time I was instructed to bring them for DROP OFF. I've sat in this lobby so long with LOUD women in the waiting room and animals freaking out that my animals are sitting here panting and shaking and when I told the receptionist I was just told the wait time for me is another 30 minutes. An hour and 40 minutes for a drop off!? I live over an hour away and selected this pet because they were the cheapest but now I see why they're the cheapest. Their lobby is overfilled with humans and animals. I never get upset and I never complain but when it comes to my cats I don't stay silent. My cat is and has stayed terrified in this lobby for long he's trying to hide in the pet bed I put in his kennel. When you are instructed to be here at 8am and keep in mind they start doing in take for drop off at 7:35a but make your patients wait almost two hours? Ridiculous. My cat is the most social cat anyone will ever meet as well, that's how awful this lobby is. The lobby was SO full that I was literally standing in front of the bathroom door and the door they take you behind when you bring your animals for the first hour I was here until there was an actual open seat. Like I said if you care and love your animals don't bring them to this joke of an establishment."
"I have two indoor cats who never go outside they are also not around any other animals. Both were completely fine, happy, loving, playful cats. I took both of them there to get fixed. Shortly after bringing them home one of them got sick so I called them and explained what was going on and they prescribed him amoxicillin. He continued to get worse and so I decided to take him to another vet and see what was going on. He caught the virus Panleukopenia which is a highly contagious virus. I had him hospitalized where he was isolated and under intensive care and observation. He didn’t respond to the treatments and I had to put him down. I cannot prove that he caught the disease from Help for Animals but there is no other place he would have gotten it from. I called to explain the situation to them just to make them aware. I was not calling to put blame on them or to get answers as I have spent countless of hours reading about this virus and I already have my answers. Not to mention they told me the wait time for the morning I got them fixed would be 45 minutes I waited over an hour and a half for them to take my cats back. This place is very unprofessional and rude. The doctor had a very poor attitude when I spoke to her. Disclaimer: I am in no way blaming them for the loss of my beloved cat and am sharing this just to inform others of my experience."
"Horribly run, I had to leave my cat over night cause they refused to give him to me after his neuter. I had to be at work and they didn’t tell me it would be hours for wait time. I told them I didn’t need discharge instructions I already knew what to do. They then told me that they didn’t even know if he was awake or ready to go home. So basically they hadn’t even checked on him the whole day he had been there. I paid for a rabies and they gave my husband no certificate or tag when he picked him up the day and told him they couldn’t give him a tag but might be able to print a certificate. Not even sure if got his rabies shot. Also tried to tell me his iris was bleeding out into his retina. I was a vet tech for 5yrs I’m not stupid and told them he has a regular vet his eye is fine. Only plus about this place is that it’s cheap."
