"Cabin was fantastic! We had the pleasure of losing electricity because of a storm while we were there. It was February but we never got cold. Cabin stayed warm even in cool temperatures. The cabins are huge with nice views. We will return!"
"Campground was HUGE, and it has a pool (for summer), which was huge. Had a lot of walking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds for children...need to update restroom/shower house areas, but not bad. Has a laundry room. Stayed in a camper(fifth wheel). Sites are very spacious, were on Site 60, which backed on the lake (lakeview). Woke up looking at the water, awesome. Only had electric, filled up the fresh water tank on the way in, it was by check- in. Dump station was on the way out. Will diffently return !!"
"The cabins are clean and spacious, however it is difficult to find stay information on their website (and information I did find was from fall 2022). We brought our dog and while making the reservation, there was nothing noted on cabins that were specifically pet friendly. We accidently reserved a cabin that was not pet friendly, but thankfully the staff was flexible since we only learned that our cabin was not pet friendly 24 hours prior to our stay. Additionally, the weekend that we visited (mid August), the pool was closed and again - no notification until we arrived on site. This was part of the attraction of Beech Fork for us, and we were disappointed to have to drive roughly 30 min each way to access to swimming. Had we not had issues with the dog and the pool, I think the price would have been worth it. But as it was, the stay was more expensive than I think it should have been."
"It was a great camping adventure for beginners. I had a daddy daughter overnight as her first camping experience. She had a blast riding her bike and using the playground; there were kids riding around everywhere in our area, which was a blast for her. It's a nice lake view experience a step above setting up in the back yard."
"This is a great place if you want privacy! The park rangers at the entrance and that are found around the park are all very nice to speak with. I only stayed here one night with an arrival time of 4pm, so I didn't really get to experience much due to an early checkout the following morning. There were a lot of trees so there wasn't much of a view from the cabin deck viewpoint, but it was still nice. I did feel safe and it was quiet that night. The cabins are somewhat close to each other (and might not be as quiet if there were a lot of other people staying at the same time as you). This appeared to be more of an RV or camping site which was down by the water. I would recommend it."
