"I went in there at about 4:30pm, couldn't get the help I needed, I pushed the button that says "need help" and nobody ever came, I asked for help when an employee came by, They said let me get you somebody that works in this department. I finally got somebody, they took me to their counter, said they got the item number, so when I get ringed up I would have the number. I got ready to ring up, the number was wrong so I couldn't even order it. The girl at the customer service desk says you'll have to come back when the special company is here so they can order it for you. I finally got tired of waiting on someone else to come over and get the correct number, I left there with 2/3 what I needed and that was almost 7pm, 2 1/2 hours later, I told her, I can't do this anymore, she apologized and said have a nice day. That helped me a whole lot"

"I’ve visited the garden center several times over the past few years (trying) to pick up planters and have never had a smooth experience. It is impossible to access a large amount of the selections because of how they shelve items, and I have never had luck getting someone with ladder access to help out. It’s sad because often they do have nice pots, but I can’t reach them and can never get assistance."

"Never Stop Improving because of the items are always broken. Whenever I order something from this Lowe’s, it is always broken. Then trying to call in is a “wonderful” experience of waiting, waiting, then wait some more to get someone who cannot help you. They say they are going to get someone to help, so you wait some more. By the third phone, you have almost spent an hour on the phone for no help. I drive to the store, barely any help. They have to re order my item and charge me a shipping fee so I don’t have to drive back to the store to get my item. The head clerk, Maria, could’ve tell me the date I would receive or if a shipping fee would be applied. I guess it’s worth the 5.99 to not come have to deal with this place again."
