I’ve had afternoon and morning appointments and it doesn’t matter: I always wait at least 30 minutes before I’m seen. It’s 8:39 now and my appointment was 8am."

"Had a weird experience here. I came in for my first dental cleaning since they are on my insurance and it changed where I could no longer go to my previous dentist. While at the appointment, after sitting down and starting, they tell me I won’t be doing a cleaning that day. They require you to do an exam and x-rays and then “determine what level of cleaning you need” and then reschedule you for your cleaning at a future date. This is the first and only time I’ve ever heard of it, and since they are a big corporate company they said they do this to make sure they don’t waste there time scheduling the wrong “type of cleaning” Super bait and switch and seems like a money grab to force you to do two appointments every time."
