"The staff in this office is very incompetent the first time I made an appointment here as first time patient the receptionist call me back so many times to change it, she said she made a mistake and over book me then later she called me again to change it because the hygienist have to leave early the day of the appointment. Very annoying they kept changing my appointment time and messing up my schedule. Also the insurance girls that file the claims don’t know what they are doing they always make a mistake and charge me more out of pocket then later I have to ask for a refund because my insurance cover for more. And the worst is that this office all they care is about making money, my insurance covers for two maintenance cleanings a year but they said I can not do regular cleanings that I have to do periodontal cleanings which cost me out of pocket plus insurance also pays their portion and I even agree to do two periodontal cleanings and two maintenance cleanings a year which I have always done in my previous dentist but this office said NO you have to do 4 periodontal cleanings because your insurance won’t cover the maintenance cleanings, I knew they were wrong so I call My insurance and they confirmed this office is wrong. My experience has been very bad in this office. I feel bad for the dentist because their staff is messing up their practice and scaring the customers away with their HORRIBLE customer experience."

"The dental office is easily accessible from the road. The staff are very friendly. The office is always clean. They offer complimentary coffee/tea or water. My hygienist Amber is very kind and thorough in her craft of cleaning my teeth. She is encouraging with dental tips. A wonderful listener."
