On the other hand my wife and I have realized that the mission of the office has changed we believe this since the first of the year! We have been clients for years, while the cost was acceptable and the service was great, the focus now or the mission of the practice has changed from being a service organization to a money making operation! Example on my last visit the Dr mentioned a cavity on number twelve, ok I need a filling, I can do that! when I checked out I was informed my next visit would be $1800 for a crown! Surprise, surprise, surprise. The focus was telling me about the money not the treatment plan! Obviously production and profit has over come service! We expect someone or some group had taken over to improve profit! Sadly!"
