Alpharetta Dental Town

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. As a self pay customer, I always find myself paying more than I want for a sub standard experience. On this occasion: we have the first appointment slot of the day, but didn't get called back until 10 minutes after. The hygienist says $48 for two bite wing x-rays, and somehow that turns into $81 in charges (you have to ask for a breakdown of course). I only noticed after walking out. When we finish the cleaning, we sat waiting 20 minutes in the chair for the Doctor. It was a cleaning for my son who is now late to school. :( Oh well it's not that big of a deal right? But wait they got a movie started so he can watch it while waiting for the doctor. Cool. Oh no, actually it's an adult movie with shooting and kidnapping playing for an 8 year old. Hmm. Better luck next time I guess. Just thinking out loud, should I switch dentists after 6 years? And Dental Town... if you're reading this, your people are good. Your business process is broken."

"From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Yates and his team were personable and able to help me relax and laugh before getting work done on two teeth. They genuinely cared about how I was doing throughout the procedure and his assistant (who’s name I’m so mad I forgot but loves Aerosmith!!!) made sure I was set to leave. Getting dental work done can be stressful physically, mentally, and financially, but here I feel like the level of care from the entire staff is genuine. I can tell he takes pride and love what he does. Overall it Felt like I knew them for years ! Also the staff was so nice and made me felt welcomed. Definitely made them my new dental home!"
