"If you need a root canal, Dr. Burgdorf is absolutely the one to do it. He had done one for me several years ago, and I wanted him to another. Well, no one really wants to do another root canal... but if you have to, he's the endodontist to see. He is conservative in treating, but knows when it needs to be done. His bedside manner is amazing -- he's friendly, patient, thoroughly explains what needs to be done, and answers all of your questions. 48 hours later, almost all the soreness and swelling is gone, so his technique is fantastic, too."

"Highly over priced and complete with numerous add on charges. Incompetance and/or neglect. Cracked a molar from an adjacent crown that wasn't properly leveled out. Putting high pressure on opposite adjacent molar depending on the bite position. I mentioned the problem in the office when the crown was installed but was brushed off with "Its just the novicane making it feel that way. We will level it out in your next visit if you still feel it." They said. 2 weeks before the following appointment, the adjacent molar cracked from from the raised crowns pressure point.
