"If you don't speak English or have a thick accent don't come here. The doctor and his front desk staff have no patience. My mom called to make an appointment and they were extremely rude and condescending because she has a thick accent. Someone at the front desk named Kevin told her to have someone else that speaks English call and make the appointment. My mom's friend was next to her when she was making the appointment and was baffled to hear that from Kevin since she understood my mom clearly. My mom has been making appointments for the past 20 years with no issues regarding her accent. When my mom confronted the doctor about it he said, "Yes it was me" like saying "so what? What are you going to do about it". This was extremely disrespectful and xenophobic. It's frustrating because we can't go to anyone about it. You're better off finding somewhere else where they're more friendly and patient."

"I have been going to Dentists that I can remember for 40 years. Dr. Patel replaced 2 old filings that I read were dangerous and could leak and cause Cancer. He replaced them quickly, painlessly and they seem perfect. The absolutely best dental experience ever. Thanks to the whole staff."

"Horrible Dentistry and customer service. The dentist rush through service, has NO personality nor a High standards in dentistry. I knew when I walked in I should have turned around and walked out. I was to have my teeth cleaned and the hygienist stopped and stated she would complete the service on my next visit because of her next appointment. I also had a temporary crown done and was told the day of my appointment that the permanent crown was not made and that I owed more money. I paid out of pocket and also my insurance paid it's projected amount and the dentist has now tacked on more money and haven't completed the initial work he has started.I am totally dissatisfied all around and hate that I ever walked into that place!"
