"Knew I was positive for Covid but needed to get a checked again since it was a home test. Girl at the counter was pleasant as well as the male MA. Nurse practitioner...not so much. Wrote out one prescription for a med that she had no idea the cost. I asked if I could continue testing the symptoms with ot medicines. She said it was fine....just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Told me to drink Gatorade...and water. I told her I drank lots of tea ...and don't like Gatorade she said..."do what you want". I mean that pretty much made me not want to ask her if other things like Powerade and Vitamin Water were fine. So I left and asked the pharmacist. BTW..the cost of the prescription was 1118.00...yeah you saw that correctly! I thought virals just ran their course."

"Waited for over an hour and a half just to see the doctor. Sat in the back the whole time. Sorry guys but your times are so slow. Please get better at it."

"First Off I thought I would see a doctor, but after collecting my copay in advance I got a uncaring nurse Practitioner. My husband was with me because I was pretty sick. After testing positive for covid she wrote out 2 prescriptions. However although in the same room with, with the most excellent insurance, she refused to treat my husband. Saying she was too busy. She went as far as to tell her staff in front of me that she would not see my husband until the next day. I mean he was in the room with me. It's a walk in clinic. I walked in. She was just awful with 0 empathy, and very unprofessional. I'll never be back, and I will tell everyone I see what a terrible place this is. I will also let all my friends know on FB X and Instagram as well."

"If you catch this place on the right day with the right health problem, it's fine. But if not, it's a waste of time and money. Every doctor or nurse practitioner I've interacted with has been kind, communicative, and concerned. The office staff is much more variable in their client care. I have had office staff belittle me because I didn't know what equipment their office had. I have been told to take a kid to the ER by an office staff person for a problem that was ultimately treated with simple, over-the-counter nasal saline solution. I have been told 1-2 days for test results, only to get them 4 days later, in which case any medication is no longer useful. I was told that they're "at the mercy of the labs", but MedExpress chooses to contract with that lab because it's profitable for MedExpress. I will go and take my children elsewhere in hopes of better client care and health outcomes. Update: within hours of posting this review, I received an email from MedExpress that my patient portal was deleted. Well played."

"Took my mother here for a case of cellulitis. The medical staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the patients. The reception staff wasn't very friendly, interrupting my mother when she was attempting to answer their question which was, why did you come here today. Overall I would take her here again."
