"Monday was my first time at this dentist. The office staff were very friendly and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and I also got a filling. The dentist and assistant were excellent. I do not like going to the dentist but my experience here was wonderful. I would recommend this practice to anyone."

"So insanely disappointed. I have been going to them for a couple of years now, spent over $10K with all my issues. Show up to my dental cleaning 10 minutes late and told they cannot see me today. Do you know how many times I have had to wait for them due to their morning staff meetings running over, the dentist dealing with another patient. I have been to that dentist office over 20 times in the past couple of years and have not been late. But one time I'm late and can't see me. No grace given to me at all. Also note it was pouring raining and I got stuck behind a bunch of traffic which I told them. Last year at my dental cleaning the hygenist was so slow and the doctor got behind that I was there for a cleaning for over 2 hours. I was having to cancel work meetings. Did they care, no. But I show up 10 minutes late and am told they have to reschedule me after I drove in the pouring rain and blocked my work schedule. Take into account your patient. I get it if someone is a habitually late person, but I am not. I am the one sitting in the waiting room. Take into account weather situations and know when you want to prioritize your patients safety over being exactly on time. I get they have a schedule to keep but seriously the time could have been made up. And to note there was nothing in the reminders which I got a ton of via phone call, via text and via email that said if you are X minutes late you will be rescheduled. Again truly disappointed that after all the times I have been there, all the thousands of dollars spent that one time they have no regard for my situation and try to accomodate me. 0 stars for this."

"UPDATE: Not sure if this post had anything to do with it or just a pure coincident. I received a call from the office this morning letting me know they were going to write off the full amount that insurance did not cover and they would be making changes in the office to make sure this didn’t happen in the future. I’m glad they ultimately made this situation right and furthermore are making changes to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Changing from a 1 star to 4 star. 12/15/23 Came here for a simple cleaning. I was told after an exam that I grind my teeth in my sleep and I needed a night guard (similar to a retainer). I was quoted $255 as my part with insurance paying the other half. I paid my $255 and received my night guard about 2 weeks later. About 4 months later, I get another bill for roughly $255. I called the office thinking this was a simple billing issue that was duplicated in error. I was informed that my insurance only covers the night guard after 1 year of coverage and that I’m responsible for the remainder of the balance. Why on earth they would have quoted me a price prior to checking with my insurance is beyond me. The office staff admitted they should have checked prior to providing a quote BUT they refuse to write off the balance that insurance won’t pay. They did not do their job properly and now want me to pay more. After reading other reviews it appears this might be a common issue with the office staff not being competent with insurance processes and procedures. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this dentist for another “bait and switch” tactic."

"I always have a great experience at this dentist office. The hygienist are always so sweet and Dr. Patel is amazing. They use the newest and best technology. The office is always extremely clean. I will be a lifetime client of this office no matter how far away I live."
