"New to the area and had my 3 year olds check up with Tonya Lewis. The nurse, staff and Ms. Lewis were all so super kind and patient. Loved how each exam room was decorated a different theme and played disney music throughout the facility. Super clean and organized."

"My daughter is 4 months old and we’ve been seeing Dr. Traci at Valley health Southside since she was born. I cannot recommend Dr.Traci enough. She is absolutely phenomenal. She is so down to earth and answered all of our crazy first time parent questions without hesitation. She’s given us great advice and does so well with my baby girl. I am so incredibly thankful for her. The nurses and front desk staff are equally is friendly. They remember us every visit and love giving my girl all the attention. This office feels more like family to us. Plus, they have an after hours on call which has really came in handy!! We were able to get a prescription right away when my daughter got a yeast infection on a Friday evening instead of having to wait all weekend for the next business day."

"We absolutely love the providers and staff at the Valley Health Southside Office! The receptionists are always quick to answer the phones, friendly and helpful, and are always attentive to our needs. The nursing staff is friendly, efficient, engaging with my kids, and always make our visits a lot of fun. We have seen nearly all of the providers for sick or well visits, and they always go above and beyond to take care of my kids. They are timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, as well as kind, caring, empathic, and absolutely phenomenal when interacting with kids. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire Southside office. Thank you for all you do for me and my kids!"
