"EDIT UPDATE: I would like to COMMEND the manager Sophia at this establishment. Within days she contacted both my brother and I and did her due diligence in apologizing for her staff and expressing her want and need to develop her team better as well as address the issue head on. Great management, she also spoke to my brother and he has decided to reschedule with her confidence that he would be happy with his visit this time. I can't express it enough how IMPORTANT it is to have these types of individuals within an establishment. So thank you! That definitely changed my view and my review on this establishment. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My brother was running 10 minutes behind for his appointment. Left early, hit traffic, life happens. He calls to inform them, which a VERY RUDE assistant named “Dee” responded “Wow”. He let her know “I apologize, but just cancel my appointment.” She responds “K bye.” I didn’t realize that after spending THOUSANDS with this company that they have such RUDE, DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIFE HAPPENS. if you don’t like your job get a new one. We will NEVER spend our money with Aspen ever again. Do better. This is inappropriate and uncalled for. This isn’t the first negative experience at this location. I don’t know what it is, but don’t waste your time here. The one in Dawsonville has GREAT service. But we don’t believe in staying with a company when they EMPLOY these type of negative and rude individuals. Do better. Do better Aspen."

"I went to Aspen Dental in Cummings, GA. Even though I was in extreme pain, that entire staff was extremely professional, considerate,friendly, and caring. They took excellent care of me. I given an examination, and was informed of the work that needed to be done. That team is awesome in book."

"They accepted my appointment even tho I was late. They get an extra star for that. They quoted me over 6k for a root canal and deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was very expensive. I did a little research before the appointment on the company and the procedure. I decided I did not want to go through with the deep cleaning. I called to ask if it could be changed to a regular cleaning. This caused an issue with an receptionist. She got hostile with me over my decision. I told her I could not afford it and I wanted to get a second opinion. This was days in advance of the appointment. She said since I did not trust them, they won't do the root canal. There was so many red flags with the way she talked to me, like "we did this for you and this is what you do" sounds similar to what an abusive partner would say. Another odd thing is before they even told me the recommendations they ran my credit to see what kind of loan I could get. Did not even bother to ask if was wanted to finance dental procedures. They could not even do the root canal for almost a couple of weeks. I would of suffered longer than I had too. I went to another dentist office. They did not push any other procedures on me. This other dentist did the root canal the same day. I am feeling much better not waiting two weeks. Aspen Dental is seems sketchy and pushy to me, do not recommend."
