Dentistry for Children - Morrow

"This is the worst customer service we have ever received. My sons were scheduled last August for an appointment in February for fillings. They said this was the earliest appointment they had. When we arrived this week for the appointment they said it had been 6 months since their last appointment so they could not get their fillings. They would have to schedule a cleaning and get new X-rays and schedule another appointment for fillings another 2 or 3 months later. Both boys missed school school and I missed a half day of work picking them up. The young lady behind the counter could care less and wouldn’t even try to fit them in that day even thought the mistake was there mistake. Nor did she apologize. If you don’t want to be treated like cattle at a slaughter house then look elsewhere. May patients here are Medicaid recipients and they don’t care at all We left and I will look for another dentist."

"It was my daughter's first dental visit and they say they make it comfortable for kids but what we got from it was chaos!! It seemed they scheduled 25 to 30 people for 2:00. We waited an hour just to be seen then when she was called back, it was chaos. People packed everywhere, workers going every which way but not doing their job. Multiple people left with their children not even being seen. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for the 1st dental appointment. Although i can say the Dentist was nice and I liked her. This is a very unorganized place!"

"My son has been going there since he was born he is a special needs patient the staff is so professional and very nice the staff always have a smile on their face and very informative my son has reached that milestone where he turns 18 years of age and he would not be returning there due to the fact that he will be in adult and that location is only for children and teens I hate this to leave and I love the people there but life goes on and my son has become an adult so he has been referred to another dental provider that will take care of his needs but if you're looking for a good dentist for your children this is The place. I want to thank all the staff and the wonderful people for taking care of my son Simon and his dentistry needs"

"I rated this location one star because they prioritize quantity over quality of service. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for my daughter's 9 AM appointment, we weren't seen until nearly 12 noon. Overbooking during school breaks seems to compromise the attention each patient deserves, as evident by the long wait and crowded lobby. It's unprofessional to schedule appointments back-to-back without adequate staffing, and it's frustrating that my time isn't given the same consideration I'm expected to give them."

"Well today was the last of my girls going to this dentist ...I had 3 go here and now my youngest is 18 and will find a different one..the eldest is 24 so we have gone here for a long time.. the ppl here have been fantastic!! They have been good to my girls.. They were always friendly and outgoing!! Understanding and kind!! I do appreciate all the years!!"
