"My first time at this dentist. Everyone was professional and kind, knowledgeable. My appointment was at 1:00pm after filling out paperwork went back to the back for X-rays. Dr Kat came in examining me after gave me my results, didn’t like the news but I kind of knew this would happen since I haven’t seen a doctor since Covid. The assistance was knowledgeable and kind. I was happy I finally found a dentist."

"First time at this dentist and my experience was good from the front staff to the back nothing but great customer service. Now my appointment was at 4:15pm, after I received X-rays and waited almost 45min for the doctor to come and he looked at my teeth, I was greeted again by a tech at 5:15pm who stated my teeth cleaning would not be done today due to the hygienist having to leave early. Why schedule patients after 4pm when you know they will not get the services they booked for. Now I have to go back another day just for a cleaning"

Kim, the office manager came in and was very savvy and answered ALL my questions and explained EVERYTHING that I needed to know about my Dental Plan. Kim did not rush, she just took her time to answer my questions.Kim spoke with confidence about her job. "Walking in the door the vibe was amazing! From the front desk staff to back office! Everyone was very nice. Alexis initially took my X-rays she was pleasant and compliant my earring very friendly and amazing customer service. Uderra was amazing as well he made me very comfortable and relaxed and explained to me what he was going to do I appreciated the communication. We talked about Christmas just a great vibe took my mind off being nervous about the appointment. Dr Kat was straightforward and straight to the point I appreciated that as well. She told me my plan what I needed to get done. I highly recommend Mint. If you’re looking for a calm and chilled environment. Very professional as well they exceeded my expectations with customer service"
