"The worst dentist I have ever been to. Firstly, I got my crown removed and "repaired" in October of 2022, I live in SC but previously in GA so they were my initial dentist. I visited them and extended my trip to ensure that I would receive the permanent crown, which I did. I also got a cleaning done. While doing the cleaning, the x-rays showed that there was a cavity "hollow space" in the crown and she brought it to the man's (dentist that did my crown" attention and he said that he did not see it but I should try to come back if I return to Ga in November so he can take a look and fix it. Negligence from my perspective but let me continue.. I did nit get to go back to GA because my life is now in SC and I have children so that was not feasible. Within 3 weeks, the permanent crown cracked and fell out!!!! I called them immediately and they said to out temporary teeth glue from cvs and I did. It did not work for long as it isn't supposed to. I have gone back to GA twice since then and keep trying to make an emergency appointment and THEY DO NOT CARE. Mh insurance paid over $3,000 for this and I had to pay $500 odd dollars out of pocket. I am still here with no crown, pain and I can barely eat on that side of mouth, which is dominant or drink soup, or anything for that matter. I am seriously thinking about taking legal action because I am at my wit's end with granting these people "grace"."

"I drove past this place for several years. It has absolutely no curb appeal. It looks like an old run down unkept office building with weeds growing. It has a nasty door with a worn out welcome mat. I finally gave it a try because the location was so convenient for me. The inside looks much better than the outside. It has a light old and mildew smell in the lobby. I'm always greeted when walking in which is appreciated. It's clean in exam rooms and bathrooms. Susan the hygienist is the best. She is always pleasant and professional. I don't like they don't have a consistent dentist in place. It's always a someone different doing dental work or the exams. Their equipment is dated. Some of the staff depending on which one can be a little rude, dry and/or ghetto. Don't try complaining because you will feel as if you talking to a wall. They should seroiusly spend a few dollars fixing up the exterior of this place and investing in better equipment. Overall it's okay. I don't think they care about patient retention. If you ever get to meet the dentist that owns the place she is nice. If it wasn't for the convenience, I would more than likely seek a better overall dental office."
