"Very unprofessional. They will have you make an appointment and once you get there “they will say hey you owe this balance before you can be seen. Why not tell patients this over the phone that they have a balance. Give the patient the option to either pay the balance or reschedule the appointment when you have the money to pay the balance. The heavy set light skin lady, that sits at the front desk has a nasty attitude. Long story short, I changed locations for any future dental cleaning."

"I had a noon appointment. Front office staff listed me as an emergency appointment when I did not suggest, state, or imply that my concerns were emergent. I waited over an hour for a tech to do a scan that took 15 minutes. I do appreciate that the dentist did take time to come and discuss my concerns with me. As soon as I left the office, some called me to discuss my treatment plan. I thought maybe I had forgotten something. You would think on the hour and a half I sat in the chair somebody could have had that discussion with me. Let's hope next visit (I'm not leaving YET) will be better."
